Pricing Info
All prints are 8" x 10" and can be made in a variety of colors. Each one comes matted and framed in a 10" x 13" black or white wooden frame and is available for only $40.00 plus shipping and handling. CA Residents add an additional 8.75% sales tax to your order per state law.
Shipping & Handling
Dunkie Designs takes pride in all of its products. Our products are packaged carefully and delivered by the United States Post Office Priority Mail service. Insurance is automatically included on all of our orders for your protection. Shipping will be calculated at time check out and can range from $6.95 to $14.95 depending on your location. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Since our frames are fragile and are packed with extreme caution and care, Shipping and handling cannot be combined on multiple orders.
Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional fee of $10.00 paid at time of purchase. Rush Orders will be shipped within seven business day from time of purchase. Allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery. Rush Orders are not applicable for orders paid by check or money orders. Please contact us for more information.
Payment Options
We use Google Checkout to process credit card orders. Your credit card information is given directly to Google Checkout by you on their secure site and will never be seen by us. If you would like to pay using check or money order you may use our online order form here: Pay By Check
Corrections & Returns
Each Personalized Street Sign is made custom for you, therefore returns will not be accepted. If a print error is made on our behalf a replacement will be sent free of charge. A print error may include incorrect spelling, date, or print color. If a print error is made on your behalf we will work with you to correct the mistake for an additional fee of $20 for a replacement print.
Delivery Damage
Though we take extreme care when packaging our frames, it is possible for one to become damaged during shipping. If this happens please do not throw away any of the packaging materials. If it is obviously a post office error, please take all pieces of the package to the post office to file a claim. Since insurance is added to every order, the post office will need to cover the replacement costs. If the damage does not appear to be from shipping, please send a photograph of the damage and an explanation immediately to kathy@dunkiedesigns.com. We will work quickly to send you a replacement frame.
